Edouard Normandin is the present owner and Master Blender of the Cognac House, he's the fifth generation of Normandin Mercier. He welcomes you to visit his property and shares with you his passion for Cognac, coming from his ancestors.
Mega Wine is the exclusive importer in HK, Macau and China since 2010.

- XVIIth century: Château de la Péraudière: relay of hunting of François 1er
- XVIIIth century: Outbuilding of the castle such as the previous kitchen where we organize the tasting of cognacs nowadays
- 1872: The house of cognac Normandin-Mercier is founded by Jules Normandin and the cellars have been built
- 2010: development of event and rental activity
