Our Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne Vintage Cognac were raised first of all in new barrels of the forest of Tronçais during 18 months, these barrels were slightly burnt so that the wooden grip is slowly made with a homogeneity of the aromas, then this cognac continued are ageing in red barrels during 8 years, to finish then their route in old barrels selected until our days.
