This 2000 vintage (42%) has a lovely fresh taste and a subtle nose of mellow Mirabelle plum. Fruit dominates, particularly very ripe fresh apricots. Lingers beautifully in the mouth.

After a meal, poured into a glass, aerated and savoured. Enjoy with a cigar or a chocolate.
