Cossy Champagne - Coteaux Blanc

On the palate, the attack is smooth, the wine settles in gently, then reveals its white fruits fleshy characters.  In the mid-palate, minerality (limestone and salinity) appears, altering the wine's texture into a slight firmness. Salinity and acidity marry wonderfully, adding pleasure to the tasting experience.
