商品系列: Gelas Armagnac
With a history that dates back to the 1400s, Armagnac is one of the world’s first and foremost craft spirits. Hailing from the Gascony region in southwest France, this type of brandy is distilled from white wine and aged in oak casks. Unlike cognac, however, Armagnac continues to be made in small batches by boutique producers today. Maison Gélas is one of the region’s leading Armagnac makers, and generations of the same family have been producing it since 1865. After enjoying continuous growth in scale and reputation during the 20th century, the brand is currently under the tutelage of its fourth-generation owner, Philippe Gélas, who is carrying on the innovative spirit of his forebears by introducing single-varietal Armagnacs.
